Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

- b. We fail to provide the service entirely, and the user is unable to use the service for its intended purpose.
- c. Double billing or overcharging due to a technical error on our part.
- d. The user has not consumed any credits provided to him and has not seen more than 30 generations in the discovery section.
